Creepy: Ford Field officials steal fans' "Fire Millen" signs

Innocuous enough: some guy holds up a rag-tag "Fire Millen" sign at Ford Field (a reference to Detroit Lions president Matt Millen).

And this mean looking lady comes down and steals it from him!

I've always wondered how to get the X in "Fox" into a fan sign. Here's one way:

Turns out there was a concerted effort by security to clear the stadium of anti-Millen signs before the game. Millen is 20-55 since taking over the Lions, has fired 2 coaches in 34 months, and has to rely on security officials to silence fans who are understandably peeved. The Columbus Crew soccer team's management did the same thing this year. Anytime a sign went up to fire coach Greg Andrulis (which the eventually did), someone from the organization was there to take the sign.

The crowd even passed out pink slips one day and they were trying to collect all of the pink slips with Andrulis' name on them.

Dumbasses.

I wonder how Millen will silence hundreds... thousands... of fans wearing Fire Millen shirts. Security would have a hard time that day. And who really wants to evict all their fans?

WTF...how is matt millen still the manager of the lions. I was a big fan of the lions and now i dont konw if ill even watch them this year ...i mean cmon who picks a linebacker that had more concussions than games played over matt linehart. The QB that Millen left the lions with was if you dont remember the one who stepped it up last year and blew it for the bengals when carson palmer got hurt. There are many words i want to say about matt millen but i cant because i have higher standards than that.
