Multiple YouTube Rammer Jammers from Bama/UT '07

One of the rare occasions when the lyrics of the Rammer Jammer Cheer sound less like gloating, and more like simply an objective assessment of the game. WARNING: UT fans who click the links below may experience nausea, palpitations, vertigo and a powerful urge to fire your coach.

From the end zone. Liking it.
RJYH RATING: 9.5

From across the field. Sounds...BIG!
RJYH RATING: Definitely a 10.

From the band. Shaky video, but forgiveable since the shooter is also playing the trombone.
RJYH RATING: This one goes to 11....

Field level: This is what it probably sounded like to Phil Fulmer. Yikes!!
RJYH RATING: Too awesome to quantify!

Want more RJYH from the End Zone on the students' side? Okay -- here you go.
RJYH RATING: 9.5 What the hell -- let's just call it an even 10.

Across from the band again. Sweet.
RJYH RATING: I was going to give it a 9.5, but the guy just seems too psyched. 10!!!!

Enjoy!!

Now, THAT is what Rammer Jammer is for!

Man, I wish we had something like that. I think we play a waltz after each game. Woo.

Congrats on beating the tar out of us.

I'm a UGA fan, but that even gave me chills. Awesome cheer. And thanks for beating Phat Phil.

Thank you for all the RJYH's. Puts a smile on my face every time. You gotta love it when someone from UT is jealous of our cheer(posted on www.rockytoptalk.com).

"We need a Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer
By Joel Section: Tennessee Volunteer Football

Warren has compiled a bunch of YouTubes of the Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer cheer toward the end of last week's Alabama - Tennessee game. Go have a look and listen if you dare. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?

Anyway, it got me thinking. Why don't we have something like that? A cheer that's only used after victories, sort of a treat for a good game. The anticipation has to be unbelievable. Strike it up, folks. Now? Now! Come one, let's hear it! Da-da-da bump.

Yeah, there's Rocky Top, but we play that whenever somebody heads to the bathroom. We need a "special" cheer. One only used for victories. Ideas, folks. We need ideas."

Thanks for posting my Youtube Rammer Jammer on this site (1st end zone link). It's fun being able to capture some of the excitement and share it for fans who cannot always attend the games.

RTR!

Roll Tide!!!!! I lost my voice at that game. I don't know how we can top that when we beat LSU but in auburn I plan to flip out and start a riot.

FAN-F**KING TASTIC!

Posted by: maomatt at October 24, 2007 05:42 PM

Thanks for putting these videos up. Rammer Jammer gives me chills every time I hear it! We live in Texas, and I always listen to for it in the background on the TV feed. I have been trying to explain to some new Tide fans the awesomeness of being in Bryant Denny when it happens, and these videos should definitely help. Love that we beat the doggone Vols. Roll Tide.

Maomatt -- no asterisks necessary, just don't ever come here and post the word "Fran-tastic."

Posted by: wsj at October 25, 2007 03:49 PM

Don't worry WSJ, I'd rather drink a bowl of bile then lump any praise on Fran.
Nice job he's done at A&M, dontcha think?
